Return Policy

Zaytouna Jewelry has pride of the quality of its handmade jewelry. If for any reason beyond our control you received a broken order, you have 10 days to send us back your purchase from the day you received it.  Once we get your return package at our workshop, Zaytouna Jewelry will issue for you a refund or ship back a replacement.

‎‎We make your return shipping easy: use the pre-addressed return label included in your order.

If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your own cost, using a courier of your choice.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you retain your proof of postage.

Note:  Custom made, personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
